Turning 2007 Hyundai Kia Turning Centre
This machine has 12 tool stations for both rigid & driven tooling. It has 3 axis machining capabilities and up to 65mm through the spindle for bar fed work.
Full auto bar feed capable of holding 106 bars allowing for lights out production of large quantity batch work.
With the 3rd axis this machine will turn and mill parts and can also drill & tap off the centre line.
The machine is capable of producing parts 300mm in diameter and up to 530mm long
Tool index time is 3 seconds with a rapid traverse of 36 meters a minute enabling a more efficient cycle time to reduce component costs.
